From Perkasie, PA, Katie Jones is a graduate of the University of Mobile and the Alabama School of the Arts, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Production Technologies. Katie is an incredibly valuable addition to the ASOTA staff, as she understands the student perspective and current demands of student life.  After serving as an ASOTA Work Grant recipient during her years as a student, Katie was hired to fill the role of Assistant Director of Media and Production for the Alabama School of the Arts and serves alongside the Director of Production Technologies to service the events on campus and the students studying inside the Production Technologies program.

When She is not in her office, the Fisher-Brewer Recording Studio, or the Production Technologies workshop, you will find Katie serving alongside the leadership of the Voices of Mobile, with whom she is the Road Manager and Sound Engineer. Katie is an incredible technician who is fabulous with logistics and can create order in the busiest of circumstances.
