Grow as a performer

We know high school theatre students dread being home alone in the summer. Spend two weeks collaborating and growing with like-minded performers. With intensives in dance, music, and acting, Alabama School of the Arts offers a top quality summer camp program designed to help all aspiring artists strengthen their talents and become more marketable in a competitive field.

Perform in a Showcase

Participants can choose to participate in a Showcase Performance at the end of the camp. Build your resumé, gain professional performance experience, and be challenged from world-class instructors who are committed to providing an encouraging experience.

Showcase rehearsals will last from 1:30PM -5:00PM Monday-Friday during camp.

Camp Details

June 9-13 & 16-20, 2025

Who can attend?

Students ages 14-18 or students who have completed 8th-12th grades.

Is it two weeks long?

Yes! This is a 10-day-long Camp (Monday-Friday for 2 weeks) with a final showcase performance option on the last day.

What time does it start and end?

All campers will attend daily intensives from 8:30AM -1:30 PM.
Campers may choose to add the Showcase option to their enrollment.
Showcase rehearsals will be from 1:30PM – 5:00PM each day.

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for any additional child attending camp. You will receive this discount after paying your deposit.

When is the Showcase Performance?

June 20, 2025 @ 7:00 PM

When is final payment due?

May 9, 2025 @ 7:00 PM

Showcase

Perform in a final showcase and display all you learned during the two-week-long intensives. This cabaret style showcase will include ensemble moments, solo performances, dance, acting, combat and more.

A non-refundable down payment of $75 required to secure a camp spot. Deposit goes towards final cost of camp.
